WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for local
irrprovanents designated as the Shady Island Bridge Repair and appurtenant
work, Project #88-3/4219, bids were received, opened on ~tober 27, 1988,
and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received
ccrnplying with the advertisement:

Kraemer Construction, Inc.
Sevcon, Inc.

M. G. Astleford Company, Inc.

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Park Construction
Ccrnpany is the lowest responsible bidder in compliance wi th the
specifications.
:mY, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into contract with Park Construction Corrpany in the name
of the City of Shorewood for Project #88-3/4219, according to the plans
and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder
shall be retained until a contract has been signed.

APPURTENANT WORK
PROJECT 88-3/4219
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for local
improvements designated as the Shady Island Bridge Repair and Appurtenant
Work, Project 88-3/4219, bids were received, opened on October 27, 1988,
at 11 a.m., and tabulated according to law, and the fOllowing bids were
received complying with the advertisements:

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Park Construction

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
