WATERR)RJ) 2ND AIDITIOO
WHEREAS, on , 1987, the City entered into an
Agreement with Trivesco for the development of the plat known as Waterford
2nd Addit ion; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 2 of said Agreement provided for the Developer
to construct and install certain enumerated improvements, which
improvements included street grading, stabilizing and bituminous
surfacing; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 10 of said Agreement provided for such
improvements to be subject to a final inspection by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed the street grading,
stabi lizing, and bituminous surfacing in the plat, and such improvement
has been inspected by the City Engineer and found to be in compl iance wi th
the applicable plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the Developer is desirous of conveying said improvement
to the City and the City is desirous of accepting said improvement from
the Developer.
N:lV, 1HEREFam, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City hereby accepts from the Developer the streets
in the plat of Water ford 2nd Addition.
2. That the Developer shall arrange for a maintenance bond to be
furnished nmning the City as obligee for the full cost of the improvement,
to be in effect for a period of one year from the date of acceptance
hereo f .
