A RESOLUTICN GRANrING PRELIMINARY PIAT APPROVAL FOR
IDEL \\aD 2nd AIDITICN
WHEREAS, James Emmer (Applicant) has an interest in certain land
within the City of Shorewood and has applied to the Council for
preliminary approval of a plat to be known as Noel Wood 2nd Addi tion; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant's request has been reviewed by the Ci ty
Planner and his recorrrnendat ions have been duly set forth in a lVIermrandun
to the Planning Corrrnission, dated 27 September 1988, which mermrandun is
on file at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Corrrnission on 4 October 1988, for which notice was duly pub I ished and all
adjacent property owners duly notified.
NlV, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
Noel Wood 2nd Addition is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the recorrrnendations set
forth in the City Planner's lVIermrandum dated 27 September 1988, and the
terms and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning Corrmission
meeting of 4 October 1988.
