RESOLUfICN APPROVING AN ANIMAL a:Nl.IDL a:NI'RACI.' WIlli
MIIMEST ANIMAL SERVICES, INC.
WHEREAS, the Ci ty has in the past contracted wi th Midwest Animal
Services, Inc., for the patrolling of the City and for the enforcement of
the City Code as it pertains to animal control; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of renewing said contract for the
period of January 1, 1989, to December 31, 1989.
l'iOV, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City enter into a contract with Midwest Animal
Services, Inc., for the patrolling of the City and the enforcement of the
City Code as it pertains to animal control.
2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the Shorewood City Council, which
contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
