RESOLUTION NO. 105-88
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAN FOR LAYOUT OF
TRUNK HIGHWAY 7/COUNTY ROAD 19 INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has
prepared a final plan for layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk
Highway Number 7 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 12 within the corporate
limits of the City of Shorewood, from the intersection at CSAH 19, and
seeks the approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Council has reviewed such plan and
determined it to be acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follo'\:"1s:
( 1) T hat said final plan for layout of the improvement of said
Trunk Highway within the corporate limits of the City of Shorewood is
hereby approved.
(2) That the City Clerk provide a certified copy of this
Resolution for transmittal to the Commissioner of the Department of
Transportation.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 26th day of
September, 1988.
