RESOLUTICN AOCEPrING BID FOR BAOOER FIElD WATERVIAIN
AND APPURrENANr \\ORK FOR PROJECr #88- 3
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for local
improvements designated as Project #88-3, bids were received, opened on
September 9, 1988, and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:
T & S Excavating, Inc.
F. F. Jedlicki, Inc.
$ 24,755.00
$ 23,030.00
WHEREAS, the City Council has detennined that F. F. Jedlicki,
Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder in compliance with the
specifications.
IDV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Ci ty Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into contract with F. F. Jedlicki, Inc., in the name of
the City of Shorewood for Project #88-3, according to the plans and
specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder
shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
