RESOLUTION NO. 92-88
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRE PROTECTION AGREEMENT
WITH THE CITY OF MOUND
WHEREAS, the City of Mound (Mound) has submitted a contract
whereby Mound would provide fire protection for certain areas within the
City of Shorewood, legally described in Exhibit A, attached to the
proposed contract for fire service; and
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood (Shorewood) is desirous of
entering into such agreement with Mound for fire protection for such
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City Council hereby approves the Joint Cooperative
Agreement and Contract for Fire Service between Shorewood and Mound,
attached hereto.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the said Contract for Fire Service on behalf of the City Council.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 12th day of
December, 1988.
