RESOLUTION NO. 91-88
A RESOLUTION RETAINING SATHE AND ASSOCIATES
TO RECOMMEND CANDIDATES FOR THE POSITION OF
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood (City) has need to employ a
finance director; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Sathe and Associates (Sathe) is a firm in
the business of searching and locating candidates for various municipal
positions; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of retaining Sathe to locate and
recommend a candidate for the position of Director of Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City hereby employs Sathe and Associates to search
for, locate, and recommend candidates for the position of Director of
Finance for the City of Shorewood.
2. That the costs of the services has been established to be
between $5,000 and $6,000 with the time frame of 60 to 90 days.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 22d day of
August, 1988.
