A RESOLurIOO GRANrING PRELIMINARY PIAT APPROVAL FOR
BXJLDER BRIDGE 'llIIRD AIDITIOO
WHEREAS, Mike Jorgensen and Donald Ryks (Applicants) have an
interest in certain land within the City of Shorewood and has applied to
the Council for preliminary approval of a plat to be known as Boulder
Bridge Third Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants' request has been reviewed by the City
Planner and their reconmendations have been duly set forth in a Merrorandum
td the Planning Comnission, dated 30 June 1988, which Memorandum is on
file at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Comnission on 5 July 1988, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property owners duly notified.
NM, 'llIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci I of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Applicants' request for preliminary plat approval of
Boulder Bridge Third Addi tion is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the recommendations set
forth in the City Planner's Memorandum dated 30 June 1988, and the terms
and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning Comnission meeting
of 5 July 1988.
