A RESOLUfICN GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR
JalNSCN'S FIRST AIDITICN
WHEREAS, Ron Jolmson (Applicant) has an interest in certain land
within the City of Shorewood and has applied to the Council for
preliminary approval of a plat to be known as Jolmson's First Addition;
and
\~~, the Applicant's request has been reviewed by the City
Planner and his reconmendations have been duly set forth in a Memorandum
to the Planning Comnission, dated 27 June 1988, which memorandum is on
file at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Plarming
Comnission on 5 July 1988, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property owners duly notified.
N:l'V, 'lliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
Jolmson's First Addition is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the reconmendations set
forth in the City Plarmer's Memorandum dated 27 June 1988, and the terms
and conditions contained in the minutes of the Plarming Comnission meeting
of 5 July 1988.
