A RESOLUl'IOO CALLING Fffi A PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATIOO OF
CERl'AIN DRAINAGE AND Ul'ILI1Y EASEl.V.IENI'S
The City Council of the City of Shorewood does resolve:
That on the 25th day of July, 1988, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council
Chambers at the City Hall, the Council will hear all interested parties
upon the question of vacation of certain drainage and utility easements in
the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
That part of the 10.00 foot drainage and utility
easement lying on each side of the cammon lot line
between Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, SWEInWATER,
according to the plat thereof on file or of record
in the office of the Registrar of Titles, lying
southeasterly of a line 10.00 feet easterly of and
parallel with the westerly line of said Lots 1 and
2.
That notice of said hearing shall be published two (2) consecutive weeks
coomencing the 11th day of July, 1988, in the Excelsior and Shorewood
edi tion of the SAILOR NEWSPAPERS, the legal newspaper for said City.
