The Ci ty Council of the City of Shorewood does resolve:
That on the 25th day of July, 1988, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council
Chambers at the City Hall, the Council will hear all interested parties
upon the question of vacation of an alley and a portion of Timber Lane in
the Ci ty of Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
The alley in Block 1, "Excelsior Park" according
to the recorded plat thereof.
That part of Timber Lane (formerly known as Linden
Avenue) as dedicated in the recorded plat of
"Excelsior Park", which lies northerly of a line
60.00 feet northerly of, measured at a right angle
to and parallel with the northerly right-of-way
I ine of the Hennepin County Regional Rai lway
Authority (formerly known as Minneapolis and St.
Louis Railroad Co.)
That notice of said hearing shall be published two (2) consecutive weeks
corrmencing the 11th day of July, 1988, in the Excelsior and Shorewood
edition of the SAIlOR NEWSPAPERS, the legal newspaper for said City.
