RESOLUI'IGI DENYING SUBDIVISIGI OF REAL PROPERlY
WHEREAS, Erna Meier (Applicant) is the owner of certain real
property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota,
legally described as Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Minnewashta; and
WHEREAS, Applicant has applied to the Ci ty for a subdivision of
said real property into two parcels, dividing off Lot 2 from Lots 3, 4,
and 5; and
WHEREAS, the City would require a 12 foot right-of-way dedication
on the east side of Lot 5 if the proposed subdivision were allowed; and
WHEREAS, an existing bui lding located on Lot 3 would then become
a non-conforming structure under the Shorewood Zoning Code.
IDV, 'IHERERJRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci I of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the subdivision requested by Applicant does not cooply
with the Shorewood Zoning Code in that it would create a non-conforming
structure.
