OF '!HE ORDINANCE PERrAINING 'IO WATER USE AND SERVICE BE PUBLISHED
WHEREAS, M.S. ~412.191, Subd. 4, Enactment of ~dinances,
provides that in the case of lengthy ordinances, the Council may by
four-fifth's vote of its members direct that only the title of the
ordinance and a summary be published; and
WHEREAS, ~dinance No. 210, amending Chapter 903 of the Shorewood
City Code is an ordinance of substantial length.
IDY, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the attached Summary of ~dinance No. 210 be published
in lieu of the entire ordinance.
2. That this Summary shall be published in the Ci ty newspapers
with notice that a printed copy of the ordinance is available for
inspection by any person during regular office hours in the office of the
Ci ty Clerk.
