A RESOLUfIOO" GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR
STRAWBERRY FIEIDS
WHEREAS, Nancy Strickland-Balogh (Applicant) has an interest in
certain land within the City of Shorewood and has applied to the Council
for preliminary approval of a plat to be known as Strawberry Fields; and
WHEREAS, the Appl icant 's request has been reviewed by the Ci ty
Planner and his recommendations have been duly set forth in a Memorandum
to the Planning Comnission, dated 1 June 1988, which Memorandum is on file
at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Comnission on 7 June 1988, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property owners duly notified.
N:lV, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
Strawberry Fields is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the recommendations set
forth in the City Planner's rVleIIlOrandum dated 1 June 1988, and the terms
and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning Comnission meeting
of 7 June 1988.
3. That such approval is further conditioned upon the Applicant
submi tting and obtaining approval of drainage and grading plans prior to
submitting the final plat.
