A RESOLUl'ICN GRANI'ING PRELIMINARY PIAT APPROVAL FOR
lV1AYFLO\TER RQ\D AIDITICN
~.~, Dale E. Peterson (Applicant) has an interest in certain
land wi thin the Ci ty of Shorewood and has applied to the Council for
prel iminary approval of a plat to be known as Mayflower Road Addi t ion; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant's request has been reviewed by the City
Planner and his recommendations have been duly set forth in a N~morandum
to the Planning O:mnission, dated 31lVJay 1988, which Memorandum is on file
at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Conmission on 7 June 1988, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property O~lers duly notified.
NlV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
Mayflower Road Addition is hereby granted.
. 2. That such approval is subject to the recommendations set
forth in the City Planner's Memorandum dated 31 r~y 1988, and the te~s
and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning Conmission meeting
of 7 June 1988.
3. That such approval is further conditioned upon compliance
wi th the Ci ty Engineer's reconmendations, approval by the Minnehaha Creek
Watershed District, and the providing of an acceptable building envelope.
