A RESOLurICN GRANTING PRELIMINARY PIAT APPIVVAL FOR
SOUIH FORlY AIDITICN
WHEREAS, Wayne Pokorny (Applicant) has an interest in certain
land within the City of Shorewood and has applied to the Council for
preliminary approval of a plat to be known as South Forty Mdi tion; and
\~, the Applicant's request has been reviewed by the City
Planner and his recommendations have been duly set forth in a ~~randum
to the Planning Comnission, dated 25 May 1988, which Memorandum is on file
at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
COmmission on 7 June 1988, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property owners duly notified.
N:l\l, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
South Forty Mdition is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the recommendations set
forth in the City Planner's Memorandum dated 25 May 1988, and the terms
and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning Comnission meeting
of 7 June 1988.
3. That such approval be further conditioned upon the
Appl icant' s submitting for approval a revised grading plan showing all
building pads and joint driveway uses.
