A RESOLUI'ICN APPROVIKG A DEVELOHVJENI' AGREEVJENr FOR '!HE PIAT OF
SMI'IHlOVN CIRCLE
WHEREAS, the final plat of Smithtown Circle has been submitted,
approved and filed in the manner required for the platting of land under
the Shorewood City Code and under Chapter 462 of Minnesota Statutes, and
all proceedings have been duly had thereunder; and
WHEREAS, the Developer wishes to enter into a developnent with
the City of Shorewood for the developnent of such plat.
NM, 1HEREFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Developnent Agreement for the developnent of the
plat of Smithtown Circle is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said Developnent Agreement on behal f of the Ci ty Counci 1.
3. That said Developnent agreement shall be fi led and recorded
within 30 days of the Developer's receipt of this Resolution.
