A RESOLUI'ICN APPROVING A REVISED
a:NCEPI' AND DEVEIDRVJENl' STAGE PIAN FOR NEAR raJNrAIN
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Counci I of the Ci ty of Shorewood approved the
original Concept and Developnent Stage Plan for Near lVbuntain PUD on 16
December, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. (the Developer) has
now submitted its request for a revised Concept and Developnent Stage Plan
for said POD; and
WHEREAS, the Developer's request has been reviewed by the Ci ty
Planner, and his recommendations have been duly set forth in a Memorandum
to the Planning Oxrmission, dated 31 March, 1988, which Memorandum is on
file at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Oxrmission on 5 April, 1988, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property owners duly notified.
WV, 'IHEREFrnE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci I of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Developer's request for approval of a revised
Concept and Developnent Stage Plan for Near lVbuntain PUD is
hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the reconmendations set
forth in the City Planner's Memorandum dated 31 March, 1988,
and the terms and conditions contained in the minutes of the
Planning Oxrmission meeting of 5 April, 1988.
