WHEREAS, Wayne Pokorny (Applicant) has an interest in certain
land within the City of Shorewood and has applied to the COuncil for
preliminary approval of a plat to be known as South Forty Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant's request has been reviewed by the Ci ty
Planner and his recommendations have been duly set forth in a Memorandum
to the Planning Conmission, dated 24 NovrnIDer 1987, which memorandum is on
file at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Conmission on 1 December 1987, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property owners duly notified; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration, the Planning Coomission tabled
action on Applicant's proposed plat and requested Applicant to provide a
survey of the subject property so that precise measurements could be
detennined from the plat, and granted Applicant sixty (60) days to provide
such survey; and
WHEREAS, although subsequent notice was given to Applicant to
provide such survey, Applicant has neglected and failed to provide such
. survey to the Planning Coomission.
rov, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City COunci 1 of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
South Forty Addi tion is hereby denied.
