A RESOLUfIrn GRANTING PRELIMINARY PIAT APPROVAL FOR

WHEREAS, Joseph N. Boyer (Applicant) has an interest in certain
land within the City of Shorewood and has applied to the Council for
preliminary approval of a plat to be known as Lawtonka; and
WHEREAS, the App I i can t 's reques t has been revi ewed by the Ci ty
Planner and his reconmendations have been duly set forth in a Memorandum
to the Planning Comnission, dated 25 February 1988, which memorandum is on
file at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Comnission on 1 March 1988, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property owners duly notified.
rm, 'lliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
Lawtonka is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the recommendations set
forth in the City Planner's r~morandum dated 25 February 1988, and the
tenus and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning Comnission
meeting of 1 March 1988.
3. That such approval be further conditioned upon the donation
by Applicant of Outlot C to the City and the combination of Outlot A with
Lot 1 and the combination of Outlot B with Lot 2.
