A RESOLUl'Irn APPROVIOO AN AGREBY.IENI' FOR A RECYCLIOO PROJRAM
IN '!HE CI'IY OF SIIJ.RE.WXD
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood is desirous of continuing the
Shorewood Recycling Program from August 1, 1987, through December 31,
1987, and has submitted a request for funding to the Hennepin County Board
of COmmissioners; and
WHEREAS, the Board has approved the City's request for funding
subject to the terms and conditions contained in that certain Recycling
Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
N:J\T, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City Council hereby approves the said Recycling
Agreement between the Ci ty of Shorewood and the County of Hennepin.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the said Recycling Agreement on behalf of the City Council.
