A RESOLUfICN ESTABLI SH!OO SEWER SERVICE RATES FUR
RESIDENTIAL AND ~SIDENTIAL PREVlISES
WHEREAS, Shorewood City Code Section 904.15, Subdivision 1,
provides for the City Council, by resolution, to establish rates and
charges for use and services of the sanitary sewer system.
KlV, 'lliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty of
Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the charge for use and service of the sanitary sewer
system for residential premises which may have a connection directly or
indirectly into the City sanitary sewer system shall be $49.75 per
quarter.
2. That the rates and charges for use and services of the
sanitary sewer system for nonresidential premises which may have a
connection directly or indirectly into the City sanitary sewer system, and
which premises discharge only nonnal sewage into such system, shall be as
follows:
(a) Minimun Charges: The minimum quarterly charge shall be
$59.60 for flowage up to and including 28,500 gallons.
(b) Metered Charges: For flowage over the minirrnm of
28,500 gallons, the metered flow charge shall be $2.09 per
1,000 gallons, payable quarterly.
3. That these rates for residential and nonresidential sanitary
sewer usage shall be effective January 1, 1988.
