RESOLUTION NO. 16-88
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRE PROTECTION AGREEMENT
WITH THE CITY OF EXCELSIOR
WHEREAS, the City of Excelsior (Excelsior) has submitted a
contract whereby Excelsior would provide fire protection for certain areas
within the City of Shorewood (Shorewood); and
WHEREAS, Shorewood is desirous of entering into such agreement
vJ'ith Excelsior for fire protection for such areas.
NOW, THEREFO RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
( 1 ) T hat the City Council hereby approves the Fire Protection
Agreement for 1988 between Shorewood and Excelsior attached hereto.
(2) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the said Fire Protection Agreement on behalf of the City Council.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 22nd day of
February, 1988.
