RESOLUfICN AOCEPI'ING BID FOR mE USED lVUIOR GRADER
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for one used motor
grader, bids were received, opened on February 12, 1988, and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:
Ziegler, Inc.
Caterpiller MOdel 120 G (Built in 1976)
Less Trade - Cat MOdel 12 (Built in 1956)

Net Cost to City
$ 42,000
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Ziegler, Inc., is
the lowest responsible bidder in compliance with the specifications.
N:l\T, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the City accept the bid of Ziegler, Inc., according to
the specifications therefor approved by the Ci ty Council and on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
the deposit of the successful bidder, which shall be retained until
delivery and acceptance of said used motor grader has been completed.
