HENNEPIN CDUNIY RAILWAY AUnDU1Y OORRIOOR
WHEREAS, Shorewood City Code Section 801.03, Subd. 5 provides for
the City to designate by resolution maximum speed limits for snowmobiles
within the limits of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Cormcil has made a determination that a maxirrun
speed limi t should be set for operating snowmobiles on the Hennepin Cormty
Rai lway Authori ty Corridor.
rov, 'lHEP-EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Cormcil of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the maxirrun speed for the operation of snowmobiles on
the Hennepin Cormty Rai lway Authori ty Corridor shall be 20 mi les per hour.
2. That this speed limit shall be effective as of the date of
this resolution.
