RESOLurICN APPROVING SPECIFICATICNS AND ORDERING ADVERrISElVlENl'
FOR BIDS FOR USED lVDIOR rnADER
WHEREAS, the Ci ty is desirous of purchasing a used motor grader;
and
WHEREAS, specifications have been prepared for such motor grader
by the City staff.
WV, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the motor grader specifications, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof., are hereby approved.
2. That the City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in
the official newspapers an advertisement for bids for the purchase of such
motor grader. The advertisement shall be published for one day, shall
specify the delivery expected, and shall state that bids will be received
by the Clerk until 11 a.m. on Friday, February 12, 1988, at which time
they wi 11 be pub I icly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ci ty Hall by
the City Clerk, will be tabulated, and will then be considered by the
Council at 7: 30 p.m. on lVbnday, February 22, 1988, in the Council
Chambers.
