WHEREAS, the City Council has detennined that Widmer Brothers is
the lowest responsible bidder in compliance with the specifications.
N:JfJ, 'lHEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Ci ty Clerk are hereby authori zed and
directed to enter into the attached contract with Widmer Brothers in the
nrune of the City of Shorewood for Project No. 87-5, according to the plans
and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder
shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
