RESOLUl'ICN APPROVING SUBDIVISICN AND CXlVlBINATICN OF
REAL PROPERlY
WHEREAS, James D. Priest and Ilona G. Priest, husband and wife,
(the Priests), are the owners of certain real property in the City of
Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in
Exhibit A and Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Priests have applied to the City for a subdivision
of the property described in Exhibit B into Parcels 1, 2 and 3, legally
described in Exhibit C, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Marvin L. Boote and Hazel M. Boote, husband and wife,
(the Bootes), are the owners of certain real property in the City of
Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in
Exhibit D, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Priests and the Bootes are desirous of combining
said properties and parcels to fonn Parcels 4, 5, and 6, legally described
in Exhibit E, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision and combination requested by the Priests
and the Bootes comply in all respects with the Shorewood Zoning Ordinance.
roy, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the property described in Exhibit B be divided into
Parcels 1, 2, and 3, legally described in Exhibit C.
2. That the properties and parcels described in Exhibits A, B,
C, and D be combined to fonn Parcels 4, 5, and 6, legally described in
Exhibit E.
3. That the City Clerk furnish the Priests and the Bootes with a
certified copy of this resolution for recording purposes.
4. That this resolution be recorded together with drainage and
utility easements, as described in Exhibit F and Exhibit G, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, wi th the Hennepin County Recorder or
Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of certification.
