WV, 'llIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the City of Shorewood, Minnesota, that: 1. The peti tion attached to this resolution and marked "Exhibi t A" has been presented to the City Council, and it is determined that the petition has been signed by 100% of the property to be assessed for the improvemen t . 2. This resolution is adopted in accordance with the provisions of M.S.A. 429.035 and 429.036. 3. A copy of this resolution shall be published in the official newspaper. Shorewood, Minnesota -.,,,,jA/l,"..1IG~J ,2t, , 1987 '10: '!HE CI'IY OOlJNCIL OF SIDRE.WXD, MINNEsarA: We, the undersigned, constitute 100 percent of the ownership of benefiting property or properties to receive certain public improvements for the Shorewood Oaks Developnent, which include sani tary sewer mains, watermains within the plat, storm sewer and surface water drainage facilities, drainage system for collection of drainage from perimeter drain tile systems of each residential unit, street signs, street grading, stabilizing and bituminous surfacing, surmountable concrete curbs and gutters, and a watemlain to be constructed and installed between the Shorewood Oaks Developnent and the Boulder Bridge Farm Developnent for the purpose of providing municipal water service to the following described property: Lot 106, Auditor's Subdivision Number 133, and Lot 98, Auditor's Subdivision Number 133, except the easterly 52 rods of said Lot 98 and except that part thereof of said Lot 98 which lies within the right-of-way of State Highway No.7. . ALSO that part of adjoining vacated 62nd Street which lies between the northwesterly right-of-way line of State Highway No. 7 and the southerly extension of the west line of Lot 106, Auditor's Subdivision No. 133.
