WHEREAS, Wi 11 i am H. Henney has app Ii ed for a Condi t i onal Use
Pennit and variances for the construction of a single-family residence on
property he has contracted to purchase at 26990 Edgewood Road in the City of
Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, a motion to approve the application was made by Gagne
and seconded by Brance I; and
WHEREAS, after lengthy discussion and consideration, a roll call
vote of the Council yielded the following results:
Voting Aye
Brancel, Haugen, Gagne
Voting Nay
Stover, Rascop
and;
WHEREAS, a 4/5 majority vote is required, pursuant to Shorewood
~dinance, to grant a Conditional Use Pennit and variances.
NM, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the application of William H. Henney for a Conditional
Use Pennit and variances is hereby denied.
2. That the City Attorney is hereby directed to prepare Findings
of Fact and Conclusions for presentation to the Council at the next regularly
scheduled meeting.
