SlDRE\\UD OAKS DEVEIDRVlENf PROJECT #87-1
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January
26, 1987, a report has been prepared by ~r-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates
with reference to the construction of an improvement known as the
Shorewood Oaks Development Project #87-1 to include trunk watennain,
utility, street construction and appurtenant work, and this report was
received by the Council, pursuant to resolution, on February 9, 1987.
10\1, 1HEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
1. The Council wi 11 consider the construct ion of such
improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of the
benefiting property for all of the cost of the improvements pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the
improvements of $1,482,300.00.
2. A pub 1 ic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 23d day of March, 1987, in the Counci 1 Chambers of the Ci ty Hall at
8 p.m., and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 23d day
of February, 1987.
