A RESOLurICN APPROVING 'lliE FINAL PLAT OF
McKINLEY PLACE AT NEAR M:XJNrAIN
WHEREAS, the final plat of Chestnut Ridge at Near Mormtain 9th
Mdition was submitted and approved by the City Cormcil of the City of
Shorewood on July 28, 1986; and
WHEREAS, said plat has been retitled "MCKinley Place at Near
Mormtain" and has been resubmitted for approval.
IO\1, 'lliEREFCEE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Ci ty
of Shorewood:
1. That the plat of MCKinley Place at Near Mormtain is hereby
approved.
2. That said approval is specifically conditioned upon the terms
and condi tions contained in the Developnent Agreement for Chestnut Ridge
at Near Mormtain 9th Mdition, dated July 28, 1986, which agreement was
filed with said plat.
. 3. That the Mayor and Ci ty Clerk are hereby authori zed to
execute the Certificate of Approval on behalf of the City Cormcil.
4. That this final plat shall be filed and recorded within 30
days of the Developer's receipt of this resolution.
BE IT FDRlliER RESOLVED, that such execut ion of the Cert ificate
upon said plat by the Mayor and City Clerk shall be conclusive showing a
proper compliance therewith by the subdivider and City officials and shall
entitle such plat to be placed on record forthwith without further
formality, all in compliance with Minnesota Statutes and Ordinances of the
City.
