Shorewood:
1. 'l11at the plat of l\t:Kinley Place at Near Mnmtain 2nd Addi tion is
hereby approved.
2. 'l11at said approval is speci fically condi tioned upon the tenns
and condi tions contained in the Developnent Agreement for Olestrmt Ridge at
Near Mnmtain 10th Addi tion, dated March 9, 1987, which agreement was filed
with said plat.
3. 'l11at the Mayor and Ci ty Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
the Cert i ficate of Approval and Developnent Agreement on behal f of the Ci ty
Qnmci 1.
4. 'l11at this final plat shall be filed and recorded wi thin 30 days
of the date of this resolution.
BE IT FURIHER RESOLVED, that such execut ion of the Cert i ficate upon
said plat by the Mayor and City Clerk shall be conclusive showing a proper
c<lll>liance therewith by the subdivider and City officials and shall entitle
such plat to be placed on record forthwi th wi thout further f0ml81 i ty, all in
c<lll>liance with Minnesota Statutes and Ordinances of the City.
