A RESOLurICN ORDERING PREPARATICN OF REPCRr CN
crNSTRUCrICN OF A WATER LINE EXTENDING FROVJ 'IHE
BAIX1ER F IEID lVlUNI CI PAL WELL
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a local improvement,
consisting of a water line extending from the Badger Field MUnicipal Well to
the Southwest corner of County Road 19 and Glen Road, and to assess the
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
tOY, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, city engineers, for study and that they are
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with same other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
