WHEREAS, Willimn Ecoff (applicant) has an interest in certain
land within the City of Shorewood and has applied to the Council for
prel iminary approval of a plat to be known as Towne Addi tion; and
WHEREAS, the applicant's request has been reviewed by the City
Planner and his recorrmendations have been duly set forth in a Memorandun to
the Planning Comnission, dated 25 May 1987, which memorandun is on file at
Ci ty Hall; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Comnission on 5 May 1987, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property owners duly notified.
NlV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
Towne Addition is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the recommendations set
forth in the City Planner's Memorandun dated 28 April 1987 and
the terms and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning
Comnission meeting of 5 May 1987.
