Dear Mr. Dawson:
I am interested in becoming a Commissioner on the Shorewood Planning
Commission. My resume is enclosed for your review.
I am currently an attorney with the Rider Bennett law firm in Minneapolis. My
practice focuses on real estate and corporate law. I have worked with planning
commissioners and other city officials while representing clients in the past, and I have a
general understanding of how the various government offices operate. I believe my
enthusiasm and experience would make me a valuable addition to the Shorewood
Planning Commission.
I would be happy to discuss my qualifications with you in an interview. If you
would like additional information, I can be reached at (952) 401-8206 (home) or (612)
340-8944 (work). I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
