MEMORANDUM
TO: City Council
FROM: Craig W. Dawson, City Administrator ~
DATE: January 22, 2004
SUBJECT: Work Session - Discussion of Draft of 2004 Goals & Priorities I Work Plan
Staffhas started a list of projects and activities that are non-routine and need to have completion or
substantial progress during 2004. This listing is intended to speed discussion among the Council
about items that should be included for 2004. During the work session, Council should feel free to
question, add, or delete items on the 2004 list. It would also be helpful to Council and staff to
identify those items that should have relatively higher priority this year.
Following Council discussion at the work session, the list will be revised for Council acceptance at
the February 9 Council meeting. .
