Review Agenda
Without objection from the Board, President Love proceeded with the Agenda for the evening.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. EDA Minutes of March 28, 2003
Zerby moved, Turgeon seconded, Approving the EDA Meeting Minutes of March 28, 2003, as
presented. Motion passed 4/0.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Approve Resolutions for Bond Indenture
Lizee moved, Turgeon seconded, Approving RESOLUTION NO. 03-002 Awarding the Sale of
Public Safety Fire Facility Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2003A (City of Shorewood, Minnesota
Lease Obligation). Motion passed 4/0.
Zerby moved, Turgeon seconded, Approving RESOLUTION NO. 03-003 Awarding the Sale of
Public Safety Police Facility Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2003B (City of Shorewood, Minnesota
Lease Obligation). Motion passed 4/0.
4. OTHER BUSINESS
Boardmember Zerby asked what major actions remained for the EDA. Executive Director Dawson
indicated only major action remaining is to award construction contracts for the East side station. This
meeting is likely to occur in late Mayor early June.
Executive Director Dawson complimented Mr. Bubul and Mr. Donna on their hard work in quickly
putting together the numerous documents necessary for the financing.
