I am on the South Tonka Little League Board of Directors as the Operations Director and I am concerned about the relationship between STLL and the city of Shorewood. I would have contacted you last week but I was on vacation with my family and Catie Arnst ( Pat's daughter). She has been very involved in the babysitting of my 3 kids now for almost 5 years! Pat Arnst and I have had several conversations about what is happening within the Commission itself and I feel that I could be an asset to the Commission for several years to come. I have lived in Shorewood now for five years and graduated from Minnetonka High School in 1984. I grew up in Tonka Bay and have lived in the area my entire life. I have been married to my wife, Linda, now for 12 years and have 3 kids at Minnewashta Elementary. My son and I have been very involved with STLL now for 5 years and my younger kids will be starting to play this summer. All 3 of my kids are and will continue to be involved in the community through baseball, basketball, soccer, chess club and other school activities. I would like to be considered for the Commission and would be happy to discuss this further with you.
