Also attached is the work program identified by the Planning Commission for 2003. The items listed are meant to identify matters that will be above the usual day-to-day issues that come to the Council, commissions, and staff. This is a work-in-progress; it is meant to spark, rather than limit, ideas and discussion. Council should identify what needs to be added, modified, or deleted, and then indicate which items should have high priority for 2003.
