CITY OF SHOREWOOD
RESOLUTION NO. 07- 006
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 340AAOl, the Minnesota Department of
Public Safety, Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division requires an application and permit
for a temporary liquor license for Municipal Liquor wine-tasting events;
WHEREAS, said Department provides that an applicant shall complete an application
for a temporary on-sale liquor license for approval by the City;
WHEREAS, the applicant has satisfactorily completed an application for the issuance of
a temporary on-sale liquor license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
That a temporary on-sale liquor license be issued to Shorewood Liquor, for its wine
tasting event on February 3, 2007, from 1 :00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., at the Southshore Center,
5735 Country Club Road.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 22nd
day of January, 2007.
