RESOLUTION NO. 07- 019
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
MAYOR OR CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO
EXECUTE A LICENSE TO ALLOW DRAIN TILE CONNECTION
IN STRAWBERRY LANE RIGHT -OF - WAY
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood (City) has been petitioned to enter into a
license agreement to allow a draintile connection in the Strawberry Lane Right -of- Way with
Peter and Nancy Kizilos-Clift (Resident); and
WHEREAS, in order for the City to enter into a license agreement, a License
Agreement with the Resident has been prepared, and establishes conditions for the use of such
infrastructure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Shorewood City Council
hereby approves and authorizes the Mayor or the City Administrator to execute the License
Agreement on behalf of the City.
ADOPTED by the Shorewood City Council this 12th day of March, 2007.
