Work Sessions
Work Sessions are proposed as follows:
Monday. September 16 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss preliminary capital
improvement items, specifically questions related to hookup to the
municipal water syster;n.
Monday. September 23 after the regular Council meetin~, a 45 to 60
minute work session with Jeff Foust and Jim Daniels on
communications issues.
Re: Work Session After the September 9 Regular Council Meeting on
Snowmobile Task Force Recommendations
Please bring your task force report to the work session.
In talking with Mayor Bean about the format of the work session, we will have a brief
video tape presentation of the trail showing where the side trail could go and showing what
signage might look like. Next the Mayor, rather than discussing each of the specific
detailed recommendations, will take each of the seven recommendation areas one-by-one
and ask Council members which recommendations they would like to discuss in more
detail. The hope is to be able to get through each of the seven areas and come to some
consensus at this work session so that a decision can be reached at the September 23
meeting.
