Determination on the division of the Crepeau
Property on County 19 at the border of Excelsior
and Shorewood will be delayed to the meeting of
June 10th, the meeting generally reserved for
public discussion.
Dr. Stover has purchased the first 100 feet in
Shorewood, together with the purchase of land in
Excelsior on the south side of County 19 for new
construction of an animal hospital. The land is
zoned R-5 in Shorewood. His plans for that 100 feet
in Shorewood are not known. Hennepin County would
not accept the division of Crepeau's property without
approval from Shorewood Council. The Planning Com-
mission should study and review the ramifications of
taking 100 feet off an R-5 zone.

He wishes to subdivide his property on

Apple Road - 6075 Apple Road - (See
Sheet No.8 of your plat maps - R.L.S. 463,
east side of Apple Road). It's in an R-l
zone, just across the street from an R-2
zone. The lots, if divided, would not
comply with the 40,000 square foot re-
quirement and would need a variance.
That is the only formal matter that has
come into the office for your attention
at the December meeting.
