At the South Shore Planning meeting of July 20th at the Tonka Bay City Hall, it was decided each planning commission should get acquainted with their cities' Systems Statement. Vern and I cooked up a scheme to divide the state- ment into sections and assign an area for each one of you (except me) to report on next Thursday. So-o-o, you have in your packet: 1. An "assigned" portion of the systems statement 2. Shorewood's response (written by Steve and Frank Kelly) to the statement, in- cluding your particular section only. 3. Bravo - Lot 1, Minnewashta Acres. He may be at the meeting informally if Vern Watten recommends it. MEMO FROM Elsa Dr. Steve Larson will not be present at the meeting. An HAfter Christmas - New Year's Part~t is in the planning stage. The date set is Saturday, January 7, 1977. Reserve that evening and invitations will be sent out later. 1 am introducing our latest employee, Mrs. Roberta (Bobbie) Dybvik. She has agreed to attend the planning commission meetings and take _inutes.
