The public hearing tentatively: scheduled regarding the Andrus Woods development
was cancelled since the new ordinance has not yet been published and they
will have to have a public hearing before the council for a special use permit
under the old ordinance. Mr. Darling app.eared before the council on Monday,
October 8, and requested a public hearing for October 29. The mayor and council
consented and suggested the Planning Commission join for a joint hearing on
