CITY OF SHOREWOOD
RESOLUTION NO. 05-104
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSES FOR REFUSE COLLECTORS
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Code Section 503.05 provides for the arumal
licensing of refuse collectors in the City; and
WHEREAS, said Section provides that an applicant shall complete an application
and fulfill certain requirements conceming insurance coverage and pay licensing fee; and
WHEREAS, the following applicants have satisfactorily completed this
application and fulfilled the requirements for the issuance of a License for Refuse
Collection.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Shorewood as
follows:
That a License for Refuse Collection be issued for a tenn of one year, from
January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006, to the following applicants:
