RESOLUTION N0.08-020
APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
WHEREAS, on February 12, 2008, Mr. Dawson submitted his resignation to the
City Council of the City of Shorewood effective February 22, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the resignation of City
Administrator/Clerk Craig W. Dawson, and desires to appoint an Acting City
Administrator/Clerk,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of Shorewood does
hereby appoint Larry Brown as Acting City Administrator/Clerk until such time as an
interim or permanent City Administrator/Clerk has been appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED Larry Brown shall
continue to discharge the responsibilities of the office of Director of Public Works and
shall further be charged with all the duties and responsibilities of the City
Administrator/Clerk as set forth in the City Code of the City of Shorewood and
Minnesota Stat. Chapter 412.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 25th day of
February, 2008.
