President Love called the meeting to order at 8: 10 P.M.

President Love; Boardmembers Garfunkel, Lizee, Turgeon, and Zerby; Executive
Director Dawson; Assistant Treasurer Burton; and Tom Gump, Associate Counsel
Absent:
Assistant Executive Director Nielsen

Without objection from the Board, President Love proceeded with the Agenda for the evening.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A.
EDA Minutes of September 12, 2002
Garfunkel moved, Zerby seconded, Approving the EDA Meeting Minutes of September 12, 2002.
Motion passed 5/0.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Approve Payment of Claims
Executive Director Dawson explained the claims on the list this evening were reimbursements to the
Excelsior Fire District for expenses since 2001.
Garfunkel moved, Lizee seconded, Approving the Payment of Claims. Motion passed 5/0.
4. OTHER BUSINESS
There was no other business to report on at this time.
